Direct Bill Pay Authorization Form

Direct Bill Pay is the electronic transfer of an authorized payment from your checking account, savings account or credit card into your DOC account. This service applies to budget customers and customers receiving a monthly statement. For budget accounts, your budget payment will be processed on the 10th of every month for only the amount of your monthly payment. For non-budget accounts, the balance that you see on your statement will be the amount that gets deducted on the 10th of the following month after receipt of the statement. If the 10th falls on a federal holiday, the money will be deducted on the next business day.

Failure to do so may result in a disruption of deliveries or service if the transaction is declined.
